Processing time
Personalized items are crafted after order confirmation and design-proof approval. Typical crafting time is 2–5 business days depending on the product.
For urgent gifting (birthdays, festivals), message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll do our best to expedite.
Delivery time & charges
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹49 applies below that.
